Faster shipping, at a price, is possible where available. For items that are over-sized, please ask for rates. If your order is damaged in shipment, keep the outer package and call us ASAP.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Not what you had in mind? No worries, we'll be happy to take it back anyway. All items include a 30-DAY* money-back trial period. Please just call first and get a return authorization.
Please keep in mind, sales on all "SALE ITEMS" are final. We will not accept returns on USED personal care items such as brushes, scissors, razors, etc.
