The German Military Surplus Mosquito Head Net is a lightweight olive-drab mesh barrier for mosquitoes, gnats, and other nuisance insects around camp, trail, hunt, garden, or field station. The generous cut is intended to fit over most hats and helmets so the netting can stand away from the face rather than cling to it.
Laid flat, the nylon mesh measures 21.5 inches wide by 16 inches high. The open structure preserves airflow and visibility while adding a physical insect screen around the head and neck area. A hat is not included, so pair the net with suitable headwear already in your kit.
