Rakau Folding Steak Knife Set – Dutch-Designed Locking Blades with Reclaimed Wooden Handles
The Rakau Folding Steak Knife Set gives four diners a real locking blade at the table, then folds every knife down for transport and storage. It is equally sensible beside a backyard grill, in a camp kitchen, or packed for a picnic where fixed blades would be awkward.
Each Dutch-designed knife uses a matte stainless steel blade and a reclaimed-wood handle. The blade locks open during use; lift the triangular release tab to unlock and fold it. Closed length is 4.25 inches, open length is 7.75 inches, and each knife weighs 2.4 ounces.
All four knives fit into the included case. The set keeps proper steak knives together without letting exposed edges move around inside the cooking box or vehicle.
