The Hori Hori Ultimate is a vintage-inspired Japanese gardening tool built for digging, weeding, cutting, planting, measuring, and general outdoor work. Its heat-treated 4Cr13 stainless steel blade features both a knife edge and a serrated edge, with a concave profile and 1" markings for quick depth reference while planting.

Designed with a full tang, durable walnut handle, pommel base, twine cutter, and bottle opener, this multi-purpose garden knife is made for practical work in the garden, at the potting bench, or around camp. The included sheath is constructed from 900D polyester with full-grain leather details, heavy-duty rivets, a copper-finished snap closure, and a metal belt clip for secure carrying.

Care:

Blade: Apply a thin coat of protective oil after each use. Wipe clean of dirt, water, and fingerprints regularly. Use a medium to fine file to straighten larger dings or nicks in the blade. The edge can be honed with a medium sharpening disk or stone.

Sheath: Brush off loose dirt and clean carefully by hand as needed. Rinse the surface with cold water, gently scrub with a brush, and let air dry. For persistent stains, use mild bar soap or saddle soap where appropriate.
