The Antique German Nutcracker comes from a limited batch sourced in Germany’s Erzgebirge region, an area long associated with woodcarving and traditional painted figures. Each vintage piece remains functional and carries well-loved patina, giving the familiar holiday form the individual surface and detail that newly identical decorations cannot imitate.

Selection varies, and no two nutcrackers are exactly alike. Finishes, painted details, and signs of age will differ from the photographs because the entire batch cannot be pictured individually. Deutsche Optik will hand-select each ordered piece with care from the available collection.

Choose among four approximate size ranges: Mini at 4–6 inches, Small at 6–8 inches, Medium at 8–12 inches, and Large at 12–24 inches. The broad range within each option is intentional, so order by category rather than expecting one exact height or a duplicate of the pictured figure.
