The Böker Plus Thicker Clipper is a short, stout fixed blade made for the jobs that are too much for a polite pocket knife. Designed by Brent Michael Smith of Bald Man Knife & Tool, it packs serious full-tang strength into a compact frame that carries easily but works with the confidence of a much larger tool.
The knife is built around a 0.22" thick D2 tanto blade with a rugged black stonewashed finish. D2 tool steel is valued for strong edge retention and dependable cutting performance, while the tanto profile gives the tip extra strength for camp chores, shop work, truck kits, utility cutting, and other hard-use tasks.
Brown Micarta handle scales, solid bolsters, and heavy spine jimping give the Thicker Clipper a secure, controlled feel under pressure. At just 6.18" overall with a fitted Kydex sheath, it is a compact work knife with no interest in being delicate.
