NEWTON PILOT RALLY CHRONOGRAPH
The DAVOSA Newton Pilot Rally Chronograph brings Swiss automatic watchmaking and historic motorsport instrumentation into one limited-production chronograph. Only 300 were made worldwide, giving the engineering details real scarcity rather than a decorative “limited” label.
The 42 mm 316L stainless steel case combines satin-finished and polished surfaces with a domed, scratch-resistant anti-reflective sapphire crystal. A guilloché sunburst dial, tachymeter scale, chronograph, date, and small seconds display carry the rally-instrument theme. SuperLumiNova BGW9 on the hands, numerals, and indices keeps the display readable in poor light.
Inside, a 27-jewel Swiss movement runs at 28,800 vibrations per hour and provides approximately 60 hours of power reserve. The fourfold screw-down glass back reveals a full-surface gun-plated steel rotor skeletonized in the shape of a steering wheel.
